Oh what a beautiful morning! (:

The World Cup has officially begun. Brasil is so fun! Everything - roads, sidewalks, houses, cars, phone poles, trees, dogs, clothes, kites, electric lines - EVERYTHING is painted bright yellow and green or adorned with flags and it's fantastic.

Thankfully the Cup won't effect too much of the work. Only on the days that Brasil plays, we're inside an hour before the game. We study and organize and talk about the things of the Kingdom until our hearts are content. And when Brazil scores, it's the Fourth of July and a birthday party and the Super Bowl x100 - there's fireworks and yelling and horn honking and merry making. It's rather hysterical. (:

This week we went on exchanges with the Sisters in Cerquilho - Sister Figueira and Sister Ward. Because of the distance and the bus schedule it takes us out of our area for two full days, but it went really well.

Tuesday night I worked with Sister Figueira, who is officially in my top 3 favorite human being list. It's fun to see how she's grown and the fantastic missionary she is becoming and surely will be. Wednesday I spent with Sister Ward, who is from Connecticut and is about to turn a year old in the mission. She is so completely fantastic and they are doing a great great job in their branch. I'm so happy for them.

Funny: While traveling, an elderly lady tried to steal my earrings. Little did she know, she was setting herself up for a prime gospel discussion, in the which we offered "something of far greater value." - and she accepted! Haha! Too bad she lives in another city - I can't wait to hear how the follow up went! (:

Vânia is doing great, although we're pushing her date back. All prayers are welcome! You may also add to your list a Laila and Manoel. Have I talked about them? I don't remember.

Final Multi-Zone Conference with President and Sister Martins before President and Sister Farnes take over.
